Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country is not on the list, contact us and we will tell you if we can send it.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering, depending on your location and the carrier. The estimated delivery time is also shown on the product page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer in busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Unless duties and import taxes are shown as included at checkout, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by customs on delivery, which are your responsibility.

Multiple items and packs

If you order more than one item or a Squad Pack, it may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers, at no extra cost to you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away, before dispatch if possible. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you, and re-sending may cost extra.

Lost or damaged parcels
